Bonus Terms Apply to All Offers

Withdrawal Conditions

4. Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on o77 are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying the details of every bet — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. o77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances of verified platform error or event cancellation under the applicable sports rules.
Sports Betting
- Markets are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football).
- In the event that a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules as displayed in the sportsbook at the time of placing.
- o77 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were opened in error or that contained incorrect pricing.

Casino and Crash Games

- Game results displayed on the user's device are final. Connectivity issues on the user's side do not constitute grounds for a refund or re-spin.

- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or o77 staff in any manner.

10. Account Termination
Grounds for Termination
o77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to satisfy identity or age verification requirements.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
- Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
